Jon-Michael Salter is a dedicated professional who began his career in the writing world, contributing to various outlets covering all 32 NFL teams. His passion for storytelling soon transitioned into the agency realm, where he became Head of Scouting for several prominent NFL agencies, gaining invaluable experience along the way. Driven by a desire to prioritize relationships and put players first, Jon-Michael took a bold step to forge his own path. This vision culminated in the establishment of Dream Makers, a company committed to supporting athletes in their journeys and helping them achieve their dreams.

Vince Vance is a distinguished strength and conditioning and offensive line coach, whose began with a stellar college career at the University of Georgia Following his time at Georgia, Vince took his talents to the Chicago Bears, where he elevated his career to new heights. the past decade, he has dedicated himself to mentoring young athletes at every level, from high school to college and into the NFL. Renowned for his expertise, Vince continues to be recognized as one of the best offensive line coaches in America, building an impressive client list that includes All-American college players and NFL stars alike.
